3 Alternative Ways to Combat Heart Attack

We also advice you to consume omega-3 fatty at least twice a week, because this type of fat reduces the risk of heart disease. This fat is found in fatty fish that live in cold water such as salmon, herring, sardines, and mackerel. Supplements may also help provide enough omega-3 intake.

Exercise helps lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and body fat. It doesn’t have to be too excessive, walking for 30 minutes a day with reps 5 times a week can make a striking difference to your body.
If you have had heart attack in the past, you want to talk to your doctor first before starting your exercise program and you want to make sure your heart is ready for exercise.
